Demand response
Abt SRBI is a leader in conducting research about demand response programs with both consumers and business customers. For an award-winning pilot program in the Mid-Atlantic, Abt SRBI conducted interviews with program participants, including next-day interviewing following curtailments. We have also conducted interviews with business participants and non-participants in several commercial sector demand response programs. We understand the data collection and timing challenges associated with demand response research, as well as the importance of constructing comprehensive databases with all relevant program participant and survey research information.
