| This research is being conducted in cooperation with the Ohio National Guard by the University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland and the University of Toledo in Toledo. The principal investigators of the project are from these universities, and there are also contributing faculty from Columbia University. |
| The telephone interviews are being conducted by SRBI, Inc., which is the company that will be calling Guard members who have been selected to participate. SRBI interviewers will call Guard members to set up a convenient time to conduct the interview over the telephone. |
| The Institutional Review Boards at each of these Universities and the U.S. Department of Defense have reviewed what is required to participate in the research and approved the process. |
