Albert A. Ronca, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Albert Ronca is Chief Operating Officer of Abt SRBI. Mr. Ronca has over 30 years of experience in every aspect of telephone survey operations, having established and implemented five separate major telephone interviewing facilities, along with complete support organizations for them. He holds overall managerial responsibility for project implementation procedures and for the evaluation of operations personnel. He served as President of the National Center for Telephone Research at Louis Harris & Associates. In 1981, Mr. Ronca left Louis Harris to found SRBI and to develop its telephone interviewing center.

In addition, Mr. Ronca manages many studies with complex designs, including large, national in-person projects with difficult-to-target respondent groups. His recent research includes: telephone surveys of newspaper readership, computer-assisted in-person intercept studies of welfare recipients, telephone surveys of low income populations and public policy surveys about health insurance.
