Members of our staff have a solid background in employee research. Among
other things, they have conducted research among employees on product
development, employee morale, relations with other business areas in the
institution, reactions to the institution's advertising. Our most recent
survey was of the employees of a major provider of management and professional
insurance. The research was designed to improve broker and insured claims
handling. We measured attitudes toward job satisfaction, internal communications,
workload, performance evaluations, perceptions of opportunities for advancement
and organizational support.
