The survey was conducted in Fall 2001 to examine issues of interest to energy market researchers, including the value and future of energy market research; the impact of energy industry restructuring; energy research topics and methodologies; use of outside suppliers; participation in multi-client studies; and professional affiliations and training. Information was also obtained about the characteristics of energy market researchers and their market research departments.

Bill Delivery and Payment 2002 - a multi-client survey of residential and business preferences for bill delivery and payment, for specific service territories. There are no national data to purchase.
