Evaluation Research
A variety of program evaluations have been conducted. For one utility, the outcomes of both student and adult energy self-audit programs have been evaluated using focus groups and mail and telephone surveys. For other clients, free ridership for residential programs has been estimated.

Abt SRBI has also conducted data collection for numerous evaluation studies with small sample sizes of participants. We have maximized response rates for these projects with innovative approaches to dialing protocols which provide potential respondents multiple opportunities to respond at their convenience, including a toll-free call-in number.
