OVERVIEW
Abt SRBI is a leading supplier of information services to federal, state and local agencies. We have conducted studies under grant or contract for most federal departments and agencies. We hold several Master Agreements for research services with federal health agencies. Abt SRBI provides government agencies with a broad range of services, including:

• Identifying health outcomes and risk factors in prospective and retrospective cohort studies of veteran and civilian populations;


• Estimating the prevalence, incidence and pattern of social problems, including crime, violence, and child abuse;


• Evaluating the effects of public education and intervention campaigns in changing knowledge, attitudes and behavior among the general public and target subpopulations;


• Measuring customer satisfaction among program participants, beneficiaries, and other service users of government agencies;


• Testing the access, responsiveness and accuracy of telephone assistance from government agencies through mystery callers; and


• Assessing employee satisfaction and the drivers of employee satisfaction.
