> A publicly-released survey of risk managers and benefits officers on the pros and cons of integrated health and disability management (IHDM).

> Numerous product and concept tests for new insurance lines, such as death and dismemberment insurance, cancer insurance, and extended automobile warranty coverage.

> Advertising and brand tracking for several major insurance companies, including tracking of the affluent consumer market.
