Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty
Telephone surveys have been conducted at periodic intervals to monitor satisfaction on the part of wholesale and large industrial customers. For several energy companies, monthly telephone tracking studies have been performed to measure customer satisfaction levels. For other utility clients, mail surveys have been fielded to develop baseline and periodic measurements of customer satisfaction. As appropriate, advanced statistical techniques have been used in the analysis of customer satisfaction data.
