Customer Satisfaction Surveys

For the past three years SRBI has conducted the Customer Satisfaction Survey for the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR). This extensive field effort covers all 11 branch lines of the Rail Road with on-board distribution of survey forms on over 80 trains. SRBI's modifications to the existing sampling plan and distribution methodology have significantly reduced the cost while doubling the response rate achieved in prior surveys.
